We have divided NetBuddies into three levels: Fun, O and 1. Your level will be determined by your age, as well as your skill level.

Our main focus at Netbuddies is to develop netball skills through fun activities. Kids will learn passing drills, footwork, defense techniques, shooting exercises and the list goes on.  

Each year we will build on the basics. By the time you get to play "real" netball, you have a solid foundation and understanding of the game.
The equipment we use is age appropriate and advance as the kids become more confident.

Once all the levels are completed, we move onto the advanced level where we incorporate the skills taught in our Fun-0-1 program, into practice and game play.

NetBuddies Level Fun

  • Aimed at kids 3-5

  • Our main focus is to develop fundamental motor, movement and basic netball skills.

  • Our activities are simple and fun

  • We use pictures, colour, rhymes and lots of fun to learn basic skills

  • We play lots of minor games to teach cooperation, teamwork and the ability to listen and follow simple instructions

  • Most importantly... We have FUN!!!

NetBuddies Level O

  • Aimed at kids 6-7

  • Our focus during this stage is to refine movements and netball skills

  • Activities are more netball focused and additional netball skills are introduced.

  • Basic netball strategies are explored trough various activities and minor games.

  • Netball positions are explored and interactively introduced.

  • More FUN and FUN!!!

NetBuddies Level 1 

  • Aimed at kids 8-9

  • This level focus on netball specific skill and technique development.

  • The emphasis is on converting fundamental movement and basic netball skills to foundation netball skills. 

  • Kids start seeing their own improvement

  • Minor games are used to to introduces kids to junior netball exploring all positions. 

  • FUN, FUN, and even more FUN!!!!
